Before any use of The Paw Pad you must read, understand and agree to all terms stated.
Firstly, The Paw Pad is used entirely at your own risk, we do not accept liability for any injury’s accidents or illness to anyone or any dogs that occur while using the paw pad.
We do not accept any liability for damage to any of your property while at the paw pad.
When entering and exiting The Paw Pad use only the route stated, and speed must be kept below 5 mph anyone caught abusing this rule will no longer be welcome to use the facility.
Please park in the marked parking area and do not block the entrance to the farm at any time.
Vehicles can be parked inside the field if it makes it easier to get dogs in and out of vehicles.
Please only let dogs off lead inside the fenced area and with the gate shut to avoid any loose dogs running off.
Time slots must be kept to, make sure you are loaded and ready to leave before your time slot expires to avoid the next person losing time. Late arrivals result in you losing some of your time slot you cannot go over your slot.
When your time slot expires please leave site immediately to assure vehicles and traffic is kept to a minimum.
Once your time slot has expired make sure you leave the gate locked even if there is someone waiting under no circumstance can you leave site with the gate unlocked.
All litter and dog waste must be removed and taken home to dispose of no waste can be disposed of on site.
Please bring your own water for your dogs as there is none at the paw pad.
A maximum of 6 dogs aloud at The Paw Pad at a time and 2 vehicles.
Please do not let you dogs dig holes under fencing and if they do please make sure it is filled in and we are notified to make sure the area remains secure.
Once you have made a booking you will receive a message confirming your slot and the day before your booking you will receive a gate code, this code must not be given to other people and is changed on a regular basis. If it is your first time using the paw pad, then we will meet you onsite to run through things with you.
Cancellations.
A Full non-refundable payment is needed at time of booking, we may offer a credit if we get 48 hours’ notice and have someone to fill your slot
